Hello ,today i will share with you a simple and easy recipe of cassava leaves.
INGREDIENTS
Cassava leaves, pounded 300g
Peanut butter (optional) 4 tablespoons
Water 4 cups
Salt, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put crushed cassava leaves in the pot add water.
2. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add peanut butter.
4. Then simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat.
5. Stir the sauce occasionally to prevent it from burning
6. Add salt to taste.
7. Do not forget to stir occasionally until done.
Yummy ,I remember my grandma used to cook for us.
